| Project Information: | A texture developed for the cliff wall of the canyon. It is based on a mix of Kauai vegetation and the magnificent face of the White Throne in Zion Canyon. I am currently acting as Director of Art Production for this unique realtime venture located in San Francisco. Xulu's aim is to create a vast 3d exotic world open for exploration from both a location-based special venue and ultimately over the net as a massive multi-player game. These renderings comprise a few month's work in conceptual design; all will ultimately be rendered in realtime on Nvidia cards installed in custom motion-base simulators in the venue. Not all texturing is complete; this is a work in progress. The ambition behind the Xulu idea is large, and if successful, will be a landmark in high resolution, interactive entertainment. |
